Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all security tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our atelier receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
